The Butterfly Waltz is an erotica short story that has a nice blend of romance. Lisa McCarthy manages to really develop the two characters in this story in a few short pages. There is nothing extraordinary about them, they are a couple that is having marital problems that are easy to understand. The husband is working too much to provide them with the material things in their lives and they are growing apart. The wife plans a night of seduction to change that.
The thing I really enjoyed about this story was the balance between the more graphic sexual scenes and the genuine emotion that the characters feel for one another. I would recommend this to any adult reader.
